Central Photographer, Jeff Mann, Wins Photography Contest

Canada (Press Release) August 19, 2008 — Barrie, Ontario, Canada – August 19th, 2008 – Photography Corner (www.PhotographyCorner.com ) has announced that J.K. Mann is the winner of the site’s latest Contest Corner Challenge, and as such has been awarded a 1-year Power Account provided by SmugMug.com. The recent challenge asked photographers to

create a photograph where the main subject is silhouetted (a silhouette is a view of some object or scene consisting of the outline and a featureless interior, with the silhouette usually being black). PhotographyCorner.com began offering Contest Corner Challenges in July 2004, and new challenges are issued every 3 weeks throughout the year.

With over 21% of the votes from a total of thirty-two qualifying submissions, J.K. Mann won the recent photography challenge CCC#54: Dark Outlines with his work titled “The Honeymooners” which depicted a silhouetted, newlywed couple walking along a shoreline.
