CCA Public Forum Tuesday

The Central Community Alliance (CCA) is putting on a public forum on Tuesday, October 20. The meeting will begin at 6:30 PM in the DEMCO Meeting Room. At 6:30, exhibits on the history of Central will be on display. Soon after, there will be a presentation led by Mayor Mac Watts and Councilman Scott Wilson. They will talk about the bond issue and other matters and discuss how these things will affect Central. This will be followed by a presentation by Vickie Carney about Central in 1895. Public discussion will follow these presentations. All Central citizens are invited to come learn about Central’s history and discuss how issues today are impacting our city’s future.

             The Theme of Vickie’s presentation will be “Central in 1895”.
               Vickie has identified 14 key areas of Central in 1895 and She will pass
               out information on each. She will distribute free 22″ x 17″ maps of
               Central.  Discussion will follow.
