Retirement in Today’s Uncertain Environment

For the next five Tuesdays, there will be talks held at the Central branch library entitled "Retirement in Today's Uncertain Economic Environment." These talks are being presented by Jeff Cobb and are free to the public to attend. Each event will last from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM on Tuesdays March 30, April 6, April 13, April 20, and April 27.     Do not rely on Social Security. 2009 was the first year it operated at a deficit level. As more baby-boomers start retiring, the deficit margin will increase and bankrupt the system. If I were close to retiring, I would try to acquire hard assets (gold, silver, etc.)
    You will be glad you did….
