The Board of Adjustments will meet this Thursday at 5:00 PM.  Please note that this is a new meeting time.  The meeting will be held at Kristenwood, and the public is welcome to attend.

PUBLIC HEARING CASES (NEW BUSINESS):

    Applicant:  Rudolph Ward   Rural

      The applicant requests the Board of Adjustments grant a waiver of Section 8.105 in accordance with Section 3.2 (B)(5)(b)(2) of the Unified Development Code to allow a hardship in conjunction with the physical or economic need for housing of divorced parents with minor children, for whom existing residents have responsibility or family relationship.

                        This is a request for an extension of a waiver granted March 29, 2007 as BOA-07-03.

                  The applicant requests the Board of Adjustments grant an extension of a waiver of Section 8.105 in accordance with Section 3.2(B)(5)(b)(1) of the Unified Development Code to allow a hardship in conjunction with the housing of aged, ill or otherwise incapacitated or handicapped family members, or wards for which the existing residents are or may become responsible.

                        This is a request for an extension of a waiver granted February 23, 2006 as BOA-06-06.  The applicant requests the Board of Adjustments grant an extension of a waiver of Section 8.105 in accordance with Section 3.2(B)(5)(b)(2) of the Unified Development Code to allow a hardship in conjunction with the physical or economic need for  housing of divorced parents with minor children, for whom existing residents have responsibility or family relationship.
