COMMITTED TO SERVICE

Mark Carline, manager and 23 year veteran with Chevrolet, wants you to know that All Star Chevrolet at the corner of Plank and Pettit has customer satisfaction as its first priority.  Located at 14750 Plank Rd., a short 2 mile drive from Central, All Star North is our nearest dealership, and is one of the few full service locations offering Saturday service.  His courteous sales staff is trained to treat all customers with the All Star policy of full disclosure on Price, Payment, Down Payment, and Monthly Payment on whatever vehicle they may be interested in.  Mr. Carline states, “A well trained sales staff is empowered to be upfront and give customers the information needed to make an informed decision.”

All Star North has been opened in the old Graves Chevrolet location only 6 months, but has already been recognized as a leader in customer satisfaction according to Chevrolet.  One of the reasons for this is their monthly new owner’s clinic – where folks who have purchased a vehicle from All Star North in the last few months are invited to come in and meet the mechanics, parts manager and service manager who will be caring for their cars.  Door prizes and food make the event feel like a party.

Another reason for their success is that All Star North recently increased their inventory to give customers more selection in new and used certified pre-owned vehicles.  They are part of the All-Star Group – 12 dealerships in many locations handling 11 different makes of car, in other words, whatever you’re looking for, they can get! All Star North’s shop staff is yet another of the reasons they get so much return business.  According to Aaron Metz, All Star Service and Collision Center Manager, every technician in the service and collision centers must pass rigorous ASE and GM Global Training tests on all aspects of vehicle performance, including engine, drive train, brake and suspension repair and maintenance.  They don’t just maintain new vehicles sold by All Star.  One of their jobs is to inspect every used vehicle that goes on the lot, making sure they can meet the specific criteria to become “certified”.  They even offer a courtesy van to take you to your house or workplace if your vehicle is in the shop.  For their customers’ convenience, All Star North also sells tires.

Next month, they are opening a commercial vehicle division at All Star North under the management of Buck Spencer, a Central resident.  It will be offering Central, Baker, Zachary, and points north a sales and service location for any commercial vehicle need.    Mr. Carline said, “Our goal is to provide the service for what you need, do it in a professional manner, so that you can get out there and do what you need to do.” All Star Chevrolet North is a member of the Central Chamber of Commerce – look for them on Twitter and Facebook, phone them at 774-4152, or visit their website at www.AllStarAutomotive.com.  With their dedication to service, whatever your needs, they can meet them!
