In its regular Tuesday meeting the Central City Council agreed in principle with Mike Mannino to cooperate in publishing a report of the findings of Mr. Mannino's request to review over 7,000 city documents.  With the delivery earlier in the day of the last of the emails, all of Mr. Mannino's public records requests are reported to have been fulfilled.  Mannino stated that he has reviewed approximately 50% of the documents and could not estimate a date for the completion of his review at this time.  He confirmed for the Council and 100 plus citizens in attendance that he has not yet seen anything indicating any illegal activity.

Council Members Louis DeJohn and Aaron Moak led discussions requesting that upon completion of his review, Mr. Mannino and the City work cooperatively to produce a document detailing the process and its findings.  This document is intended to be available for public review at City Hall and possibly on the City's website.  All parties agreed in priciple to work together to accomplish this when Mr. Mannino is satisfied that his review is complete.
