CCSS Finance Committee Meeting Wednesday

There will be a CCSS Finance Committee meeting this Wednesday at 6 p.m. in the City Hall conference room at 13421 Hooper Road, Suite 8. The meeting is open to the public. The agenda will include items addressing the following (all items requested by Superintendent Faulk and presented by Superintendent Faulk):
1) To consider recommendations concerning the procurement of network services
2) To consider recommendations for funding items related to the constitution of the new middle school and the new elementary school
a) site work
b) construction of the north and south drive
c) demolition of the middle school
d) landscaping
e) required improvements to Sullivan Road
f) fees and services
g) furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE)
3) To consider recommendations for dedication of the 2010-2011 fund balance
