  6. To consider approval of the Superintendent’s recommendation for administrative, instructional, and support staff positions. (Mr. Faulk)
  7. To consider approval of an out-of-state field trip. (Mr. Faulk)
  8. To consider a report and take appropriate action relative to the Finance Committee Meeting held on October 20, 2010. (Dr. Walker)
  9. To consider amending the Random Drug Testing Policy applicable to students participating in extra-curricular activities or possessing a parking permit. (Mr. Faulk)

   10.   To consider granting the staff permission to develop specifications and
           advertise for bid bleachers at the softball and baseball fields at Central
           High School. (Mr. Faulk)

   11.   To consider the staff’s recommendation regarding awarding the contract
           for the Intercom Systems at Bellingrath Hills and Tanglewood
           Elementary Schools to the low bidder. (Mr. Faulk)

   12.   To consider approval of an amendment to the Pupil Progression
           Plan. (Mr. Faulk)

   13.   To consider increasing the rate of pay for Non-Degreed Substitute
           Teachers and Substitute Clerical/Secretary. (Mr. Faulk)

   14.   To consider a motion for an Independent Investigation into the

   15.   To consider a motion regarding public comment at all board meetings.

   17.   To consider approval of Change Order No. 6, for Central High School for

   18.   To consider approval of Change Order No.7 for Central High School for
           the three School Renovation Project. (Mr. Bogan)

   19.   To consider approval of Change Order No. 2 for Tanglewood Elementary
           School for the three School Renovation Project. (Mr. Bogan)

   20.   To consider the bids received for the New Intermediate & New Middle
           School Site Package and the recommendations of staff regarding the
           award of the base bid and either Alternate No. 1 or Alternate No. 1 and
           Alternate No. 2. (Mr. Bogan)

   21.   To consider accepting the low bid and awarding the contract for the New
