Dear Committee Members:

The Chairman has asked me to inform you that there will be a Finance Committee meeting on Wednesday, December 1, 2010 at the City Hall Conference Room located at 13421 Hooper Road, Suite #8, Central, LA beginning at 6:30 P.M. The meeting has been called to consider the following agenda items:

  1. To review proposals for design services. (Requested by Mr. Faulk and presented by Mr. Kidwell)
  2. To consider options for designation of the General Fund Balance and take appropriate action. (Requested by Mr. Faulk, presented by Mr. Kidwell)  
  3.  To consider a revised General Fund Budget and take appropriate action. (Requested by Mr. Faulk, presented by Mr. Faulk)
