Body BaYou Personal Training, LLC is raising funds for Susan G. Komen’s Race for the Cure in Baton Rouge on February 19th.  The first of various fundraisers will be a Jambalaya plate sale held Saturday, January 29th at Oak Point Fresh Market in Central.  Jambalaya plates are donated by Dave Bridges and will be on sale for $8.  Desserts will be donated by Crazy for Cupcakes.  Body BaYou will be taking orders in advance and also will deliver orders of five or more plate lunches to your location.

Sarah Miller, owner of Body BaYou says “It’s important to get involved in the community and give back to such a worthy cause – and what better way than to gather together and get our heart rate up!” Sarah’s Race for the Cure team is comprised of men and women who attend her fitness bootcamps in Central.
