CCSS Facilities & Equipment Meeting Tuesday at City Hall

The Facilities/Equipment Committee will meet on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at City Hall located at 13421 Hooper Road, Suite 7, City of Central, LA at 6:00 P.M.  The meeting has been called to consider the following agenda items:

  1. To consider and grant approval of Change Order No. 7 to the Building Contract for the New Intermediate and Middle Schools in the amount of $126,202.24 for CPR No. 2R for adding stairs and revising lighting in the alternates. (Requested by Mr. Bogan, presented by Mr. Bogan)
     
  2. To consider and grant approval of Change Order No. 8 to the Building Contract for the New Intermediate and Middle Schools in the amount of $1,232.00 for COR No. 26 for adding guard rails at the top of the elevator cabs at the Intermediate and Middle School elevators. (Requested by Mr. Bogan, presented by Mr. Bogan)
     
  3. To consider and grant approval of Change Order No. 9 to the Building Contract for the New Intermediate and Middle Schools in the credit amount of ($4,200.00) for CPR No. 4 for revising the model of urinal and water closet valves. (Requested by Mr. Bogan, presented by Mr. Bogan)
     
  4. To consider and grant approval of Change Order No. 10 to the Building Contract for the New Intermediate and Middle Schools in the credit amount of ($4,000.00) for CPR No. 5 for revising the gauge of stainless steel sinks. (Requested by Mr. Bogan, presented by Mr. Bogan)
     
  5. To consider and grant approval of Change Order No. 11 to the Building Contract for the New Intermediate and Middle Schools in the credit amount of ($94,913.00) for CPR No. 9R for revising site lighting and adding chiller plant lights. (Requested by Mr. Bogan, presented by Mr. Bogan)
     
  6. To consider and grant approval of Change Order No. 12 to the Building Contract for the New Intermediate and Middle Schools in the credit amount of ($20,849.00) for CPR No. 16 for changing recessed lighting fixtures from 3 lamp to 2 lamp in utility areas. (Requested by Mr. Bogan, presented by Mr. Bogan)
     
  7. To consider and grant approval of Change Order No. 13 to the Building Contract for the New Intermediate and Middle Schools in the amount of $18,568.45 for CPR No. 12 for adding plumbing fixtures at the Middle School to incorporate review comments of the LA Department of Health and Hospitals. (Requested by Mr. Bogan, presented by Mr. Bogan)
     
  8. To consider and grant approval of Change Order No. 14 to the Building Contract for the New Intermediate and Middle Schools in the amount of $29,639.925 for CPR No. 14 for revising courtyard grades and revising drainage and sewer elevations. (Requested by Mr. Bogan, presented by Mr. Bogan)
     
  9. To receive a report on the status of the Building Contract for the New Intermediate and Middle Schools. (Requested by Mr. Bogan, presented by Mr. Bogan)
