Madyson Phillips (pictured above in white), daughter of Central’s Amy and Mike Gallant, had her first Garden Tea Party & Easter Egg Hunt on Sunday, April 17th.  It was given by Maddy’s great grandmother, Alice Bennett, at her home in Denham Springs.

The girls arrived in their prettiest party dresses, played games, and were given colorful feather boas to match their dresses.  They then were invited to sit down to tea.

Each girl sat on a child-sized chair decorated with a pink tulle bow, streamers, ribbons, and a rose.  The place settings included china cups and saucers, dessert plates, white linen napkins, and personalized place cards.  The menu consisted of heart and flower-shaped sandwiches, a cheese and fruit tray, mini cupcakes, and tiny pralines.

After tea, the girls hunted Easter eggs and received pink and white plush bunnies, after which they played in Madyson’s pink playhouse.
