Change Orders on Agenda for Thursday’s CCSS Facilities & Equipment Committee Meeting

The CCSS Facilities & Equipment Committee will meet in a public meeting this Thursday at the City Hall Conference Room beginning at 6 PM.  The following items are up for consideration:

1. To consider and grant approval of Change Order No. 14 to the Building Contract for the New Intermediate and Middle Schools in the credit amount of ($4,200.00) for revisiting the model of urinal and water closet valves.  (Requested by Mr. Bogan, presented by Mr. Bogan)

2. To consider and grant approval of Change Order No. 15 to the Building Contract for the New Intermediate and Middle Schools in the credit amount of ($4,000.00) for revisiting the gauge of stainless steel sinks.  (Requested by Mr. Bogan, presented by Mr. Bogan)

3. To consider and grant approval of Change Order No. 16 to the Building Contract for the New Intermediate and Middle Schools in the amount of $12,992.38 for revisiting the concrete stage area and sidewalks.  (Requested by Mr. Bogan, presented by Mr. Bogan)

4. To consider and grant approval of Change Order No. 17 to the Building Contract for the New Intermediate and Middle Schools in the credit amount of ($23,026.00) for deleting a portion of the DDC Controls Material Allowance.  (Requested by Mr. Bogan, presented by Mr. Bogan)

5. To consider and grant approval of Change Order No. 18 to the Building Contract for the New Intermediate and Middle Schools in the amount of $5,654.00 for adding electric power to electrically operated doors.  (Requested by Mr. Bogan, presented by Mr. Bogan)

6. To consider and grant approval of Change Order No. 19 to the Building Contract for the New Intermediate and Middle Schools in the amount of $2,314.40 for adding electric power to the commercial dryers.  (Requested by Mr. Bogan, presented by Mr. Bogan)

7. To consider and grant approval of Change Order No. 20 to the Building Contract for the New Intermediate and Middle Schools in the amount of $14,882.39 for removing unsuitable material in Area A and replacing and backfilling with sand.  (Requested by Mr. Bogan, presented by Mr. Bogan)

8. To receive a report on the status of the Building and Site Development Contracts for the New Intermediate and Middle Schools.  (Requested by Mr. Bogan, presented by Mr. Bogan)
