Metro Councilman Trae Welch Holding Metro 1 Meeting Tonight in Chaneyville

Metropolitan Councilman Trae Welch, District 1, will host a Metro 1 Meeting on Tuesday, June 14th at the Chaneyville Community Center, located at 13211 Jackson Rd. at 6:30 p.m. Councilman Welch would like to invite any citizen residing in District 1 to attend the monthly Metro 1 Meeting to voice their opinions, or to share ideas or suggestions. Mr. Chip Boyles will be the guest speaker, to discuss opportunities for help with weatherization projects.

Each month, Councilman Welch moves around the district in an effort to reach each citizens he represents. Council District 1 covers the northern part of the parish, including Pride/Chaneyville areas, and the cities of Baker and Zachary and a small portion of Central.
