Registration Coming Up for Central Youth Football & Cheerleading

Registration Dates: July 10 and 17, 12:00-5:00pm @ Central High Front Entrance.
Ages 5-12
A TEAM                      (11 – 12 Year Olds, cannot be 13 on or before August 1)
B TEAM                      (9 – 10 Year Olds, cannot be 11 on or before August 1)
C TEAM                      (7 – 8 Year Olds, cannot be 9 on or before August 1)
D TEAM                      (5 – 6 Year Olds, cannot be 7 on or before August 1)
Players must have 2 copies of Birth Certificate and 2 current Photo’s.
Registration/Insurance Fee for Football is $140.00
Cheerleading Registration fee is $50.00. (No Birth Certificate or Photos are required for Cheerleaders)
