“Doc” Johnson to Speak at Central Community Alliance Meeting

On Tuesday, August 16th at 7 PM the CCA will holds its monthly meeting at DEMCO on Wax Road. The topic will be "Family Life Today" presented by "Doc" Johnson.

"Doc" Johnson was a respected teacher at Central High School for 36 years in the field of biology. During thirty of those years, "Doc." was an athletic trainer. He just retired from the Central Community School System in May, 2011. In October, 2010, Doc. was inducted into the Central High School Hall of Fame. Prior to this, Mayor Watts and EBR Mayor-President Kip Holden declared Friday, October 8, 2010 as "Doc Johnson Day" in his honor.

"Doc" Johnson, will speak at the Tuesday, August 16, 2011 Central Community Alliance monthly meeting at DEMCO on Wax Road. He will speak on "Family Life Today" and give advice to parents on how to raise a scholar and athlete.
