CHS Theatre: You Won’t Recognize It!
Major renovations have been made to the CHS Theater. Everything has been ripped out, only a shell remains of an auditorium that had really begun to show its age. New flooring, new theater-style seating (goodbye old “desk-style” seats!), new paint, new stage, new curtain, new lighting, new sound board; it’s going to be amazing! 40 gallons of grey paint have been applied to the walls, and an incredible 100 gallons of black to the ceiling! It should all be ready in time for the Drama Department’s Fall Children’s Theater Production.
Mrs. Burt is thrilled that her Spring Musical will be “Peter Pan.” “We have all sorts of great activities planned in association with this,” she enthused. “Look for some really exciting events coming in the Spring- some involving flying!”
