The LATTER& BLUM Scholarship Program, which assists agents and employees in the education of their children, became a reality in 1991.  In 1995 C.J. BROWN Realtors were added to the program increasing the number of yearly scholarships to 15 for the entire LATTER & BLUM Companies.  In 2004 we added the Barbara Kirst Training Scholarship to honor the company’s long time Training Director. Since 1991 the amount granted to the recipients totals $397,000 and with the announcement of the 2011 recipients, the scholarship dollars awarded will rise to $429,000.

Austin and Dylan Boudreaux are 2011 graduates and four-year students of Central High School.  They each received $2,000 for this college year from this scholarship program.

This Scholarship Program is just another example of how the LATTER & BLUM team has brought a few simple words in the Vision Statement to life;  “To Be a Team of Dedicated, Motivated and Caring People known for Listening and Being Sensitive to the Needs of Clients, Customers, Agents and Employees.”
