Be sure to watch the 85th Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade on NBC. This year’s parade will feature dancers from Legworks by Terri of Central, LA.  The girls will be joining dancers from all around the country dancing with the Spirit of America Productions dance troupe in a dance number entitled “Clowning Around”.  The girls will also be involved in a taped portion of the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony, which will air on NBC at 7pm CST, Wednesday, November 30th.

The girls were selected by Ms Terri Peterson to participate in this week-long dance camp and will enjoy outings such as a Broadway Play, Radio City Music Hall, and visits to the Statue of Liberty and the Empire State Building, in addition to being one of the telecasted featured dances of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.  To help with the expenses, some of the girls participated in fundraising events, including a car wash, jambalaya sale, cookie sales, Little Caesar’s Pizza Sales, and ended with a raffle ticket sale that included prizes donated by local area vendors.

A very special thank you to the Central Community and to the following businesses for your support in making our dream of dancing in New York possible:
