Carissa Hill and Jordan DeWitt Wed in Mandeville

Carissa Leanne Hill, of Central, and Jordan Eugene DeWitt, of Denham Springs, were married in a 1:00 P.M. ceremony December 17, 2011 at the Fleur de Lis Event Center in Mandeville. The Reverend Billy Minyard officiated.
 
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Steven G. Hill, of Central.  She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Marvin R. Watt of New Springfield, Ohio and Mr. and Mrs. Dale Hill, of Baton Rouge. 
 
The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William P. Minyard, of Denham Springs, and Mr. and Mrs. Dennis E. DeWitt, of Pineville.  He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Claude Mercer and Mr. and Mrs. Gene DeWitt, both of Rayville, and Mr. and Mrs. DeWitt Robinson of Winsboro.
 
The bride was attended by her matron of honor, Kelli Hill.  Bridesmaids were Rebecca Hill, Stephanie Hill, Jessica DeWitt, Maegan Struppeck, Shana Hamilton, and Erin Spangler.  The flower girl was Emma Farris. 
 
The bridegroom was attended by his best man, Adam Walters.  Groomsmen were Trent DeWitt, Timothy Grissom, Ryan Hill, Jesse MaGee, Kaleb Shows, Justin Spangler, and Daniel Warren.  Ring Bearer was Kaeden Shows.  
 
A reception followed at the Fleur de Lis Event Center.  Following a wedding trip to Gatlinburg and Nashville, the couple will reside in Denham Springs
