Matt Edwards to Coach CHS Girl’s Basketball & Freshman Football

Athletic Director Sid Edwards today Confirmed that Matt Edwards will replace Michelle Efferson as the Head Girls' Basketball Coach at CHS, and will become the head Freshman Football Coach. Edwards, a former Central teacher and coach, left Central for a year and was highly successful as the Head Football Coach at False River Academy. Ms. Efferson has made the decision to step back from being head basketball coach but remains at CHS as a teacher.
