Kevin Kane of the Pelican Institute will Address Pachyderms of GBR

    Kevin Kane, founder and President of the Pelican Institute for Public Policy, will be the featured speaker at the Pachyderms of Greater Baton Rouge meeting on Thursday, August 23rd at 6:30 p.m.  The meeting will be at the Great Wall Chinese Restaurant, 3084 College Drive, Baton Rouge, 70808. (6:30 to 7:00 – Registration/Socializing; 7:00 – Meeting)

    The Pelican Institute, a nonpartisan research and educational organization and think tank , is the leading voice for free markets in Louisiana.  Kane will discuss the impact of Governor Bobby Jindal’s decision not to participate in the Affordable Health Care Act (Obamacare).
