7.    SS-19-12 Subdivision of Tract A-5-A-1 of the E. Carl Clayton Property   This property is located near the end of Oak Cluster Drive on the east side, north of the Missy Court intersection  in Section 44, T6S, R2E GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is proposing to subdivide a 15.35 acre tract into three (3) tracts with existing structures. (Applicant: Darvin W. Ferguson)

8.    SS-20-12 Subdivision of Lot B-1 of the Sharon Calloway Bettis Property This property is located on the west side of Joor Road north of the Solitude Lane intersection in Sections18 and 19, T5S, R2E, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is proposing to subdivide 65.09 acres into five (5) single family residential lots (Applicant: Sharon Calloway Bettis)

9.    SS-21-12 Subdivision of Tract 4A-1-A formerly G.E. Vaughn Property This property is located on the north side of Wax Road east of the Willow Brook Drive intersection in Section 8, T6S, R2E, GLD, EBR, LA.    The applicant is proposing to subdivide a 2.62 acre tract into two (2) lots, one for a proposed restaurant.  (Applicant:  Stephen Lacour)

10.  SS-22-12 Subdivision of Lot 4-F-5-B-4-D-3 of the American Lung This property is located on the west side of Greenwell Springs Road south of the Denham Road intersection in Sections 48 and 49, T5S, R2E, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is proposing to subdivide a 15 acre tract into two (2) tracts for two (2) residential structures on an existing private servitude of access with waiver request of Section 4.3 (H)(2) of the Unified Development Code. PUBLIC HEARING CASES (NEW BUSINESS):

6.   RZ-2-12 Rezoning from Rural to LC-1 This property is located on the northeast corner of the Hooper and Sullivan Road intersection in Section 5, T6S, R2E, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is requesting to rezone from Rural to LC-1 (Light Commercial One) for a 5,000 square foot retail center per the provided site plan. (Applicant: Brandon Dodson)

7.   Amending the Unified Development Code An Ordinance To Amend and Re-enact Section 4.101 (C) of Chapter 4 of Title 7, the Unified Development Code.  This amendment is to re-establish the three (3) year time period for site plan approval.

PUBLIC HEARING (OLD BUSINESS):

7.   PUD-1-12 Planned Unit Development Concept Plan Morgan Point (Deferred from June 28, 2012) This property is located near the east end of Sagebrush Avenue and the west side of Shoe Creek in Section 69, T6S, R2E, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is proposing a residential Planned Unit Development consisting of 69 single family lots. (Applicant: Jeff Couvillion)

8.  RZ-1-12 Reconsideration of Condition on Site Plan           This property is located on the north side of Wax Road east of the Willow Brook Drive intersection on a 1.665 acre portion of Lot 4A-1-A formerly of the G.E. Vaughan Property in Section 8, T6S, R2-E, GLD, EBR, LA.    The applicant is requesting the Zoning Commission to reconsider a condition to construct an access servitude with the approval of rezoning from Rural to C-AB-1 (Commercial Alcoholic Beverage District One) for a full-service restaurant.
