Press Release from Record Dental
From March through June, Record Dental Center joined the “Smiles for Life” (www.smilesforlife.org) campaign in which hundreds of dental practices throughout the U.S. and Canada professionally whitened teeth to raise money for seriously ill, disabled, and underprivileged children in their local communities and around the world. Participating dentists are members of the Crown Council, (www.crowncouncil.com) an alliance of leading-edge dental teams that are passionately committed to promoting oral health, fighting oral cancer and serving their communities through charitable work.
With 100% of the money raised going directly to “Smiles for Life”, Dr. Record and his staff donated their time and patients gave to Smiles for Life to purchase discounted bleaching with products provided by Phillips Oral Healthcare (https://www.philipsoralhealthcare.com/en_us/whitening/).  The offers included Zoom! Whitening systems (in-office and take-home) and Record Dental Center collected a total of $2865.00.
Each dental office affiliated with the Crown Council and “Smiles for Life” were able to direct up to 50% of the proceeds to a local charity.  On Tuesday October 8, 2013 Record Dental Center presented a check to The City of Central Food Bank for $1432.50.  Because of this success, Dr. Record has already committed to participating again.  For details of this event and others, check their website www.recorddentalcenter.com or follow them on facebook (www.facebook.com/recorddental), twitter (@recorddentalcen) or instagram (@recorddentalcen).
