In Memoriam: James Robertson

    James Lloyd Robertson, 55, passed away Monday, March 2, 2015 at his home in Pride, LA. He was a servant at heart, serving his Lord through being a member of Milldale Baptist Church where he helped cook and serve countless meals. He retired as an East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Deputy. James was an avid LSU fan and also loved to fish, cook, and spend time with his family and friends. Visitation will be held at Milldale Baptist Church, Pride, LA, on Thursday, March 5, 2015 from 8:30 a.m. to service at 11:30 a.m., officiated by Rev. Danny Graig and Rev. Jason Robertson. Burial will be at Milldale Baptist Cemetery. 
    Survived by his daughter, Kristin Robertson; parents, Rev. Jimmy and Frances Robertson; sister and brother-in-law, Cathy and Dwayne Buhler; brother and sister-in-law, Keith and Kim Robertson; nieces and nephews, Jonathan and Stephanie Caraway, Michael and Angie Robertson, Mark Robertson, and Jennifer Caraway; great-nephews, Hunter and Harper Caraway, Logan and Brennen Robertson, and his special sidekick, Hayden Caraway; as well as his loving church family, other relatives and many friends.
