Central Karate in International Tang Soo Do Tournament

    On Saturday, June 20th, Sa Bom Nim Sean Kennedy and Sa Bom Nim Ivan Nevels along with their students from Central Karate, traveled to Pensacola, Florida to participate in the International Tang Soo Do Federation Fund-raising Tournament hosted by Pensacola Tang Soo Do Academy. Students competed against competitors from Texas, Louisiana, and Florida in weapons, forms (hyung), board breaking, and sparring. Several Masters and Instructors from surrounding states were in attendance, including Technical Advisory Committee Chairman, Master Y.D. Kim and Technical Advisory Committee Secretary Master Chris DuFour. Funds raised during this event go towards the building fund for the International Tang Soo Do Training Center that is currently being constructed in Arlington, Texas.
