June 2015 Permit Report

    During the month of June 2015 in the city of Central, a total of 20 new residential permits were issued.  The total valuation of these permits was $4,696,486.  
    Within these June permits, three were issued in Hampton Village Estates with an average valuation of $211,759; four in Twin Lakes Estates with an average valuation of $223,431; three in the Gates at Burlington with an average valuation of $157,069; two in Woodstock with an average valuation of $219,656; one in Burlington Lakes valued at $171,530; one in Village at Magnolia Square valued at $262,506; another in Village at Magnolia Square valued at $652,436; one in the 19700 block of Greenwell Springs Rd valued at $196,644; one in the 14100 block of Blackwater valued at $280,222; one in Geo-Ge’s subdivision valued at $211,650; one in the 16600 block of Planchet Rd valued at $303,134; one in Indian Mound valued at $178,844.
    Building valuation is the price based upon the square footage of the home used for permitting purposes.  The actual selling price of the home is usually higher than the valuation and depends upon amenities installed by the builder.
    On the commercial side, plan reviews were submitted for the following: 
    1.  Wayne Clark Realty, 14340 Greenwell Springs Rd; 3,100 sq. ft remodeling.
