Grace is a captivating word, yet at the same time it can be deeply mysterious.

To hear this word and actually somewhat understand it should fill and overwhelm the heart of any believer.

I use the phrase "somewhat understand" due to the fact that for one to fully understand its meaning is doubtful.

John writes in his gospel,

“For from his fullness we have all received, grace upon grace."

What does John mean by that?

Very likely this statement is designed to help us understand that to exhaust God's grace is simply impossible.

We rely upon His passionate presence today and there's still much more for tomorrow.

When you stumble…there's grace.

When your heart grows cold…there's grace.

When you hurt beyond words…there's grace.

Whether it's ever fully understood or not…there's grace!

Born in a cave, grace came down.

Died on a hill, grace looked down.

Laid in a tomb, grace arose to forever pour itself upon mankind.

Make 2016 the year to deepen your understanding of God's great grace.

Happy New Year

Dale,

Comite Baptist
