Central Boys’ Bowling Knocks Off Baton Rouge High & McKinley

Wildcat Boys Bowling (2-0) opened the season with victories over Baton Rouge High (0-2) and McKinley High (0-2) in pretty easy fashion. On Wednesday (1-18-17) at Circle Bowl the Wildcats defeated BR High by a final score of 25-2 and 3177-2370. The Wildcats came out strong by sweeping all the points in Game 1 with an outstanding 1170 to the Bulldog’s 736. Games 2 and 3 saw the Wildcats win 7-1 in each game (and 959-799, 1048-835 in total pins). Central was led by Senior Parker Aucoin's 619 (222, 210), Senior Klaivon Woods' 584 (which included a personal LHSAA best 250), Senior Bryce Delaune's 550 (221) and Senior Dylan Ringo's 544. Baton Rouge High was led by Keondra Eaton's 619 (236, 215).
On Monday (1-23-17) the boys defeated a short-handed McKinley (0-2) 27-0 and 3086-1008 in total pins. Ringo led the way with a nice 643 (233,244), followed by Aucoin's 595 (210,209).
