On Wednesday (1-25-17) the Lady Wildcats (3-0) had a solid day on the lanes knocking off the 2014 State Champs Albany (2-2) 25-2 and 2902-2235. The solid bowling was led by Senior Brianna McCurley's 582 (202,189,191), Sophomore Alanna Coward's 579 (243), Sophomore Jessie Smith's 536 (201) and Senior Brittnee Robinson's 493 (189).

On Monday (1-30-17) at Circle Bowl, Central extended their winning streak (dating back to last season) to 19 matches against district foe St Michael’s.  Central downed St Michael’s by a final score of 18.5-8.5 and 1822-1680.  As with all matches on that day, poor lane conditions played into Central’s struggles to the tune of 761 pins under Central’s normal average.  But a win is a win and Central is now in firm control of their district with a 2-0 record in district play.
