Wildcat Ball Teams Advance in Playoffs

    The Central High School Baseball Team and Softball Team have both advanced in the playoffs!  Both teams have playoff games this Friday.  #7 seed baseball will host #10 seed Live Oak at home this Friday, April 28 at 6:00 p.m. in the regional round.  Before the game, all young Wildcat fans are invited to join their favorite players on the field for the National Anthem!  This round is best of three, so they will also face Live Oak at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, and, if needed, at 2:00 p.m. Saturday.  Should Central win, they will advance to the quarterfinals on May 5 and 6.  The #4 seed Lady Wildcats are traveling to Sulphur this Friday to face #5 seed Sam Houston in the quarterfinal round of the playoffs at Frasch Park.  The game begins at 2:30 p.m. on Field 15.  Should the Lady Wildcats win, they will play in the semifinal round Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at Frasch Park.  The final round of the playoffs will be held at 7:30 p.m. Saturday.
