7. SS-13-17 Subdivision of Tract 2 into Tracts 2-A, Tract 2-B and Tract 2-C. This property is located on the north side of Greenwell Springs Rd. between Washington Ln. to the east and Beaver Bayou to the west in Sections 37 and 38, T6S, R2E, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is requesting to subdivide one tract zoned (R-2) Single Family Residential Two Zoning District into three tracts and to dedicate a private servitude of access for Residential Land Use with a waiver request to Section 7:13.6(9)c of the Development Code, street standards,. 8. SS-14-17 Subdivision of Lot 32 into Lots 32-A and 32-B, Old Settlement Place. This property is located on the south side of N. Old Settlement Rd. between Old Settlement Road to the east and Blackwater Rd. to the west in Section 13, T5S, R1E, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is requesting to subdivide one lot zoned (R-1) Single Family Residential One Zoning District into two lots and to dedicate a private servitude of access with waiver requests to Section 3.3 A(1) of the Development Code, minimum lot width requirements and to Section 3.3 B(3) of the Development Code, side yard setbacks, for Residential Land Use (Applicant: Curtis Chaney)
9. SS-15-17 Subdivision of Tract 3-A of the S.E. Swearingen Tract into Tracts 3-A-1 and 3-A-2. This property is located on the west side of Hubbs Rd. bounded by McCullough Rd. to the north and Denham Rd. to the south in Section 20, T5S, R2E, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is requesting to subdivide one tract zoned (RA) Rural Agricultural Zoning District into two tracts and to dedicate a private servitude of access with a waiver to Section 7:13.6(9)d. of the Development Code, to use the existing 12 foot gravel road to access tracts for Residential Land Use.
