PUBLIC HEARING CASE (NEW BUSINESS):
7. SS-23-17 Subdivision of Tract Z of the Emile Lesage, Jr. Estate into Tracts Z-1 and Z-2. This property is located west of Frenchtown Rd. between Frenchtown Rd. to the east and Mapleton Dr. to the west in Section 51, T6S, R2E, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is requesting to subdivide one tract zoned (RA) Rural Agricultural Zoning District into two tracts for Residential Land Use with a waiver request to the standards of Sec. 7:14.3(1) which requires connection to public sanitary sewer and Sec. 7:13.6.9.d of the Development Code which requires a twenty foot wide drive within a thirty foot wide servitude of access. 8. EOP-7-17 Exchange of Property of Tracts A-1-A-1 and A-1-A-2 of the Roy Roshto Property into Tracts A-1-A-2-A and A-1-A-1-B. This property is located on the north side of Greenwell Springs Road between Shady Park Drive to the east and Central Throughway to the west in Section 38, T6S, R2E, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is requesting an exchange of property between two tracts zoned (R-2) Single Family Residential Two Zoning District and (RA) Rural Agricultural Zoning District for a Banquet Facility and for Residential Land Uses. 6. RZ-6-17 Rezoning with Conditional Use Approval for a Banquet Facility on Proposed Lot A-1-A-2-B of the Roy Roshto Property. The applicant is requesting to rezone from (R-2) Single Family Residential Two Zoning District and (R/A) Rural Agricultural Zoning District to (B-3) General Commercial/Business District Three. This property is located on the north side of Greenwell Springs Road between Shady Park Drive to the east and Central Thruway to the west in Section 38, T6S, R2E, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is requesting a rezoning with conditional use permit approval for a proposed banquet facility. (Applicant: Michael Davis)
7. PUD-2-17 Planned Unit Development Final Development Plan: Cypress Pointe Residential Subdivision. This property is located on the south side of Magnolia Bridge Road between Greenwell Springs Road to the east and Willow Creek Drive to the west on Tract A of the L. E. Kennard Property in Sections 66 and 78, T6S, R2E, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is requesting to rezone the aforementioned tract from (C-1) Light Commercial Zoning District and (R1) Single Family Residential One Zoning District to (R-2) Single Family Residential Two Zoning District through a conditional use PUD Final Development Plan consisting of 37 single family residential lots.
