Mayor Watts has asked to be sure everyone knows that even though it is a football night, Halloween Trick-Or-Treating is on schedule to happen from 6-8 PM on Friday, 10/31/08.

So, get out and show the children a fun evening or come watch the big kids play football. Please, be especially careful that evening as our children will be out and about near the streets after dark.
