On January 12, 2009 deputies were dispatched to the above listed address in reference to an Aggravated Burglary and Attempt Murder. Deputies learned from the victim that they had just arrived home when somebody kicked in the back door to the house. A subject hollered “give it up” and fired a shot. A second shot was fired and the unknown subjects fled the scene. Deputies observed that one round went through the door, the second shot grazed the lower portion of the door and went into the wall. A witness observed a white Honda Accord parked in the field between the houses, and observed four male subjects walk to the residence wearing hooded sweatshirts. They heard several shots, and observed the same subjects flee back to the vehicle, leaving in an unknown direction.
