How many pigs like to be read to?  Daisy does, and her mission is “to encourage youngsters to develop a love for reading!”  Daisy the Pig and  Farmer Minor will present “Pig Out on Reading” at all East Baton Rouge  Parish Library branches to children ages 2-11.  After the program, brave youngsters can give Daisy a kiss!  Registration is required.  For more information or to register, call the individual library branch.  Performance dates are Thursday, June 17th at 10:00 a.m. at the Central Branch and Tuesday, June 22nd at 2:30 p.m. at the Greenwell Springs Road Library.
