The City of Central Kiwanis recognized these 13 students from Tanglewood Elementary on Friday, January 20th. These students were chosen by their teacher as a "Terrific Kid". Terrific Kids is a student-recognition program that promotes character development, self-esteem and perseverance. "Terrific" is an acronym for Thoughtful, Enthusiastic, Respectful, Responsible, Inclusive, Friendly, Inquisitive and Capable.
