Mackenzie Ricketts and Trent Thibodeaux Wed in Colorado

kenzandtrent-329b    Mackenzie Clair Ricketts and Trent Ryan Thibodeaux, were married on September 19, 2015, at Yellow Pine Ranch in the mountains of Cuchara, Colorado. The ceremony was officiated by Pastor Mike Spahr.
    The bride is the daughter Mr. and Mrs. Tim Ricketts, of Fort Collins, Colorado. She is the granddaughter of Ms. Bobbie Pullin, the late Mr. Charles Pullin, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Ricketts (all of Colorado). Mackenzie is a graduate of Fort Collins High School and Colorado State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.
    The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Thibodeaux, of Greenwell Springs, Louisiana. He is the grandson of Mrs. Birdie Landry and the late Mr. Lloyd Landry (Baton Rouge), Mrs. Erna Thibodeaux and the late Mr. Wilson “Tibby” Thibodeaux (Greenwell Springs). Trent is a graduate of Central High School, and a firefighter at East Side Fire Department in Baton Rouge.
    Trent and Mackenzie met on a blind date set up by Trent’s mom and the help of their mutual friends, Chase and Allison Huval of Greenwell Springs, Louisiana. The bride's sister, Devin Duroux (of Fort Collins), served as her Maid of Honor. The groom was attended by his Best Man and father, Ronnie Thibodeaux.
    Following their ceremony in the mountains of Colorado, a reception was held at Magnolia Mound Plantation in Baton Rouge on September 26, 2015. After honeymooning in St. Lucia, the couple resides in Watson with their chocolate lab, Muddy.
