Superintendent Search Launched

By  |
Monday night the Central School Board authorized the advertisement seeking applicants to replace Superintendent Faulk.  Faulk resigned effective December 31 to accept a position with the Louisiana Association of School Superintendents.
The School Board is advertising for applicants in a number of area publications and on education websites for the state of Louisiana. When asked, School Board Member Sharon Browning stated that they hoped there would be no need for an acting Superintendent to finish out the 2017/2018 school year, aiming instead to find a quality applicant who could start in January.  The advertisement for applications can be seen in the classified ads of this newspaper.
